Everyone is asking this question, “What do I do now”? This global pandemic has all of us worried, afraid, anxious, depressed, stressed, frustrated, irritated… you get the idea. Even before this crisis struck, you probably asked yourself this question when a crisis arose either at home and/or work. A family issue, marital issue, job stress, etc. can pop up at any time on any day. This immediate global crisis is striking fear in the hearts of most people. Jobs are being lost, little or no income coming in, childcare issues, health issues and of course, the COVID-19 virus if you contract this disease. What do I do now? We can stay safe, stay home, follow government guidelines, wash our hands, and social distance by 6 feet. But, more than that, we need to stay connected with our family, friends and/or co-workers. Just to hear a voice that cares can calm and help ground you when you don’t know what to do. EAN is still here to help and we are scheduling phone or secure video appointments. We have caring counselors that will listen and help provide resources and guidance during this difficult time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to speak with a counselor. Our phone number is 828.252.5725 or 800.454.1477.
