EAN trainings focus on educational programs that help promote awareness and provide solutions to common workplace issues such as stress management, conflict resolution, coping with change and transition, effective communication, violence prevention, and dealing with substance abuse.

EAN also provides trainings that teach management tools to aid in the resolution of performance issues, and trainings to help new and experienced managers develop, enhance, and refresh their leadership skills.

EAN workshops can be integrated with an organizational wellness or risk-management program, and at times can be modified to meet the needs of your employees, managers and supervisors, or organization.
