Through your Employee Assistance Program benefit you can offer employees and their family members free, confidential, and professional counseling with an experienced counselor who understands the demands of your unique workplace. EAN offers in-person counseling, as well as secure virtual and telephonic appointments.  

Our work/life portal gives members access to thousands of up-to-date, topic-related articles, videos, podcasts, calculators, interactive checklists, webinars, and more right on their smartphone, tablet, or computer. It includes an HR Resource Portal, Discount Portal, Training Library, and monthly webinars.

EAN offers a variety of enhanced services that provide employees assistance with some of life’s most challenging work/life balance obstacles. Employees have access to a specialist in the specific area of concern and have the option for discounts on continued services including  childcare, eldercare, college coaching, adoption, legal/financial including identity theft support.

At EAN, we understand that trauma is self-defined and that eventually all workplaces are impacted by loss, threats, and physical harm. Our goal is to help employees process, understand, and move forward after traumatic experiences. Our well-trained and experienced clinical team will work with you to develop a plan for the most helpful approach to assist your employees with moving forward after a traumatic event.
