We understand that productive and thriving workgroups require healthy leadership. EAN's Leadership Academy is designed to help managers sharpen their leadership skills through improved communication and emotional intelligence.
The Leadership Academy provides webinars and online training to help improve leadership skills in small intervals throughout the year. Through the quarterly or monthly training, EAN’s Clinical Team provides relevant, practical, and easy-to-understand skill-based training that will help managers improve their communication, emotional intelligence, and understanding of leadership.
Once you sign up to participate in the Leadership Academy, you can attend all or some of our selected webinars and online training for the year. If you complete all the training included, you will be provided with a certificate of completion for the EAN Leadership Academy for the year.
The Leadership Academy is included in our comprehensive EAP services, so it’s easy to sign up and participate.
